“Fantastic!!”
Reviewed 17 January 2014

Stayed hear early December 2013 whilst on our honeymoon road trip through Canada. I would recommend the Swiss Chalet to anyone traveling to Revelstoke. The price was great! The rooms were a nice size an extremely clean an tidy and lovely comfortable beds. The bathroom again was well maintained and had everything you needed. We got breakfast included with our stay which was an added bonus (and it was very nice, loved the waffle machine!) We even got free access to the leisure center. And best of all the receptionist informed of the lift pass deal at the hotel which was incredibly good price (cheapest in town including the mountain pass office!) All the staff hear very welcoming and friendly too! I would give this place 10/10!

This was a one night stop for us between Lake Louise and Vancouver so we needed a good night's sleep in a serviceable location, and the Swiss Chalet Motel was perfect.
Not sure where the Swiss chalet was LOL but the rooms while small are perfectly maintained and clean.nwe had a room with two queen beds, so it was fine for the four of us.
We enjoyed the sounds of the train in the distance...

Me and a couple of buddies stayed here over New Years and it was just about everything a guy could ask for in a motel. The price was very reasonable, no deposit was required to reserve a room, and once we got there, everything was great.

Rooms are clean and modern, it's close (ie walking distance) to all of Revelstoke's amenities and they even give you passes to ride the shuttle up to the mountain each day. The continental breakfast is above average (fruit, real cereal, waffle makers, juice, coffee, pastries, hard-boiled eggs) and open until 10am, and the rooms are very quiet.

Slight caution: if you want to iron your tux for New Year's, bring your own iron because the rooms don't have any.

Expensive for a standard motel offering, but that seemed par for the course in BC. Clean and welcoming, Quite a long march into downltown area, but worth doing. The Rail museum is also worth an hour or two. Good breakfast offering.

Just stayed here for our overnight stop on the way home. We stayed in the king room upstairs and it was really nice! The bed is super comfortable and nice linens and the bathroom is updated and has heated floor. The room felt more luxurious than I was expecting! And we got to make our own hot fresh waffles in the morning which was fun! Great little place with decent prices.

lWe loved crisp fresh white linens. Very good bed. Excellent tiled modern clean shower, superb faucets, fan with timer. Breakfast included waffles! Wifi perfect. Fridge took our 1 ltr water bottles and lots space in it. Revelstoke is all about trains. You willl hear trains in revelstoke. Room small cosy but a great stop. Coupon for one free use of town aquatic centre.

Room Tip: Ask for one not by the road. You will heat people upstairs so if you don't mind one floor up the...
