Went for dinner with some family for my birthday. I ordered the "in house smoked" rack of ribs with potatoes and veggies. The ribs were clearly just boiled, there was no smokey flavor and they didn't even grill them. The sauce was good I'll give them that. My mound of mashed potatoes had a film of butter between them and the plate and we're over mixed and glutinous. The veg was undercooked and with excess amounts of butter and very little seasoning. We has a very nice server who was attentive and friendly.

The food was not bad, fish and chips looked great sauce on the chicken wings. It was ghe band that made the evening called the Reve with Allen, Brandon, and Steve. They rock the pub and gave all there a wonderful time. They will be at the Last Drop on Thursday, not to be missed. The Big Eddy was a good night out with these guys playing, would certainlg go there again.

I was recommended to this pub during a three night stay in Revelstoke and must admit to having been a little put off by its 'liquor store' exterior. However we got in to a wonderful jolly welcome from the waitress and were well attended to. The music was fun but unobtrusive and there was a large range of ages of diners.

The burgers are superb, and I am happy to say without reservation that I have never eaten better. There was a selection of delicious local ales as well as a full cocktail menu.

We ended up eating here twice out of three nights out was so good. Well recommended!
