Beaverfoot Lodge is well worth the trip. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and attentive to little details to provide their guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. There is a plaque above the registration desk that says 'come as strangers, leave as friends'....and we truly felt that way after a very short time. We definitely hope to return soon. Amazing views in every direction, and a multitude of starry constellations at night. Arrangements for the wedding were excellent, from the ceremony in the meadow, to accommodation in the lodge, wagons and cabins, the newly-built reception pavilion, Chef Derek's spit-roasted pigs and the big bonfire each night....made for a wonderful experience. The young kids enjoyed learning to ride rail horses around the meadow. Highly recommended for all ages, family reunions, weddings, or just to 'get away and relax'.
