My wife and I had dinner here during our stay at the Kingfisher Resort. I was happily surprised by the quality of the menu, and ultimately the quality of the food.
We shared the mussel appetizer. The mussels were sweet and succulent and not over-cooked. My salmon dinner had great flavors. The salmon was slightly over-done, but still moist and flavorful. My wife's halibut was also done just a bit much, but was flakey and delicious.
We each had a dessert, which is not our custom. My mixed berry dessert and her Pavlova were very tasty.
All of the dishes were beautiful to look at and nhad good flavors. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the high price. But I have paid more for food that wasn't this good.
