This is a very nice hotel. It is "older", but it is a well designed "atrium" hotel that is spotlessly maintained.
Front entry is very nice, fireplace, stone walls. Lots of parking outside. Easy entry. Front desk was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I had a king business suite, and it was huge. Well decorated (modern), very clean, flat screen TV. Quality wood desk, nice couch, table, chairs. Windows on 2 walls, so it had lots of light. Very quiet at night, the loudest noise was me breathing. Any hotel room of this size and quality goes for double the price I paid.
But it is older, you can tell. It had electric baseboard heat. This style of heat is old school, but it is dead quiet,(no fans) and it works well. Set it with the wall thermostat and forget it. Bathroom counter wasn't granite. But the arborite had no scars, was clean and perfectly fit. Tub\shower was big, hot water was plentiful.
Breakfast was OK. Fruit, toast, juices, coffee, eggs if you wanted to heat them.
The pool is nice. The hot tub is huge. If you want a quiet room, stay away from the atrium and pool. But if you have kids, the atrium side is where you want to be. Sit on your balcony and watch the kids laugh. I would heartily recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again.More
