Thank you Ingrid for your wonderful hospitality. We were so sad to leave, and would love to stay in your beautiful house again - not least because of your delicious breakfasts! We really appreciated the fact that you insisted on getting up extra early to cook for us on the day of our bear watching trip. Nothing was too much trouble for you - we felt completely at home. Stephen was so happy you let him play your piano, and even found some music we could sing too! I would wholeheartedly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Campbell River.

With 4 adults in our party we stayed for one night at Ingrid's place. She made all efforts to make us feel at home and treated us like royalty. The location is perfect with a beautiful view, the rooms are very nice and breakfast is a delight. If you are visiting Campbell River this is the place to stay!

We had the great pleasure of staying with Ingrid in her beautiful B & B this October whilst travelling around Vancouver Island. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The bedroom is beautiful and even has a small sitting room attached. The views from the window are breathtaking, sadly we didn't have the best of weather to enjoy sitting on the balcony, but still enjoyed them from inside. Jake the dog is absolutely adorable and we would have happily taken him home with us. The breakfasts were delicious and organic and Ingrid even went to the trouble of getting a beautiful cake for my husband on our departure as he didn't eat much at breakfast time but she knew that he would like that. This B & B is a real find and Ingrid is an absolute gem. Thank you for giving us such a lovely time - we will be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much! Ingrid was extremely welcoming, helpful, and an excellent cook. The ocean is a stone's throw from the back yard, and the view is very nice. We enjoyed watching a cruise ship pass by.

Our room was very nice and had a great view of the ocean right out the big windows. My wife enjoyed the fluffy robes very much.

We highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Thank you Ingrid!

On our trip to Canada this B&B was really one of the best we have visited. On the one hand the bedroom was roomy and so lovely furnished and decorated (tip: eat the chocolate bar on the night table). The view from the ocean side room was fabulous. It was so nice to look out on the ocean when lying in bed in the morning. The bathroom was roomy, clean and staffed with wonderful organic bathing products. On the other hand we felt so comfortable the moment we arrived because Ingrid is such an adorable person. We also fell in love with her dog Jake at once. It was nice to talk to Ingrid in the evening or at breakfast. She always tried to respond to our wishes, although you will be perfectly happy when you stay at this B&B. Thank you for this wonderful stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is spotless and lovely, with many extra touches such as a bar of (very good) chocolate left on the night table, lovely organic bath products, cuddly robes and slippers. The ocean front room with it's sitting area and view of the sea is fantastic. Lying in bed and staring at the ocean is a rare treat, especially at this price point! The smaller room, while having no view or sitting area, is also well appointed and very good value.

The breakfast: AMAZING! You will NOT leave here hungry. You may, in fact, not eat for the rest of the day. We also enjoyed our supper meal down the road at Salmon Point, as recommended by Ingrid. Reasonable prices and good food.

Location is on a rocky but very picturesque beach, close to both Campbell River (10 mins) and Courtenay/Comox (30 mins).

Be sure to give old Jake, the border collie (who is exceptionally well-mannered and very clean), some love, and take the time to play with him and his stuffed animals on the lawn. He will remind you how good the simple life is!

Thank you, Ingrid, for a wonderful experience.

This B&B is the best B&B we have visited!
Ingrid is very friendly, sweet and very nice to talk to. And the dog is adorable!
We have stayed in the Heron Ocean Front Suite. It was spacious (besides the bedroom there's a sitting room), beautifully decorated and had a fantastic
view on the garden, the water and the Coast Mountains of the mainland. There was chocolate on the pillows and the bathroom looked like a spa with all the (bath) soap, lotions, fluffy towels and the bathrobes. As luxurious as a hotel!

The chocolate, the lotions, everything in this B&B is organic, the breakfast as well. It was delicious. Tea, Coffee, fresh juice, yoghurt with fruit and home made blueberry pancakes.
She new we had a long drive that day, so wrapped up some pancakes and home made cake for us. So nice!

If you visit Campbell River, visit this B&B!
