It's a genuine Japanese restaurant run by Japanese cooks. They have sushi and other usual Japanese foods, but they are a little different by offering "kama-mesi." "Kama" is a rice cooker and "meshi" is cooked rice. When it's presented as "kama-mesi," it means small portion of rice cooked with broth and some vegetables and meat (usually chicken) in a small rice cooker for one person. If you opt for "kama-meshi," you will get this flavourful rice with usual Japanese goodies such as sashimi, tempura, or sushi. Because "kama-meshi" is individually cooked, it will take more than 15 minutes for them to prepare.
