This is a terrific hotel to stay in with a lot of advantages, it is only 5 min drive to metrotown, the car park is free and the rooms are huge and comfortable. If you get a room $150 a night or under consider it a bargain as it is a classy 4 star hotel.

Room Tip: This is not in downtown Vancouver, however stay there if you want to pay $20 a car park and get stuc...

Great hotel for a stay when you have a nearby conference or meeting. Close to Hwy 1. Rooms a but stuffy and outdated. Old corridor carpets and looks a bit run down in areas. Reception friendly and helpful. Lovely bar and restaurant.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review from your recent stay. I was surprised to see your comments regarding the guest rooms and corridors as the hotel has only been open for 3 years following a large renovation of the entire property. We do have very detailed deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure we keep the property in great condition. We appreciate receiving feedback from our guests on areas that we may want to focus more in. I am glad to see the staff were friendly and helpful and that you enjoyed EBO Restaurant.

I hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.

Sincerely,

We booked two rooms for an overnight stay. Although the rooms were nice the cost was high. Really disappointed that rooms did not have wifi! Also had to pay $17 for parking. Service was only average including having to wait in line to check out at 9 am with only one desk clerk on duty. A nice place but, overall, poor value for the prices being charged.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for choosing Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Centre. We are currently in the ordering process for the hardware needed to provide WiFi throughout the entire hotel. Currently it is available in our public spaces and in our Signature Club rooms and suites. For those guests who choose not to pay the rate in our secure underground parking, we do offer a lot across the street for free that our guests may use. I will also review our staffing levels at the Front Desk, I am sorry that you were made to wait upon check out. I can assure you this is not a common occurrence. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, I am sure we will be able to provide the level of service that you are looking for.

Thank you,

I just recently spent a week on business and pleasure combined and would advise anyone to stay here!
The Hotel was Very clean and all of the staff were excellent!
Most particularly i would recommend Adam Bailey to look after all of your conference needs. Nothing is too much trouble and he is an expert in his field!

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floor have a wonderful view

The hotel was easy to find about a 30-40 minute drive from the airport. Parking across the street was free, covered and well lit. The hotel is shiny and new with a very comfortable bed, loads of storage space, free in-room coffee and a mini fridge. The "Business Centre" was nothing more than a computer and a printer located near the elevator off the lobby. There were no office supplies to speak of, not a single envelope, paper clip or post-it in sight; there were no writing supplies in the guest room other than the few sheets of note paper.
The casino attached to the hotel was neither noisy nor a distraction if gambling isn't your thing; it is very conveniently reached from the elevator if it is.
I've never stayed in Burnaby before this, but it was a nice change to not have to fight traffic to get to the nice part of Hastings and the PNE.

Room Tip: The Wheelchair Accessible room has a wardrobe with a lower bar and shelves; there is no bathtub, jus...

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and 3 kids. My son had a sport event in Vancouver, so the location of a hotel was pre-defined. You can't walk to any plaza with a supermarket or eateries, but they are only a relatively short drive away. Having a minivan with a cargo box, I couldn't enter any of 2 available multi-level parking lots because of height restriction. The third parking lot (beside casino) is quite small and very busy. But the fourth parking lot (Norfolk) is quite big, mostly empty and not far away. We were camping before and after this stay, so we kept bringing somewhat unbecomingly looking camping stuff to the room. This felt out of place, since we had to go through the lobby, but nobody mentioned it to us. Having two young kids, we wanted more chairs (there were only a swivel chair and an armchair in the room), and the staff provided us with 3 chairs promptly. We also asked about a kettle and a microwave, and received both as soon as we entered the room. The room was very clean and bright, no smell. AC worked without much noise, and our sleep was undisturbed by anything, even though the room was right beside an elevator. The window was looking straight on the roof of an adjacent multi-level parking, and the view was ugly, so we mostly kept the blinds shut. The hotel staff was very responsive. Altogether, we were quite pleased with our stay.

Nothing but good to say about this place. Of course the price was a little steep but it was worth it. The room was beautiful (would've liked to have a fridge though), clean and had a beautiful bathroom with all amenities you could think of in it. We received nothing but kindness from the staff there and even explored the casino and food, both were enjoyable. If you can afford this place, definatly stay here! The only thing I really was disappointed in was that there is no pool here, only a hot tub, but the extremely comfortable beds made up for this :)

Room Tip: Remember you room card key, you need it to activate the elevator when going up... so don't lose...
