We booked a table of 4 for a buffet brunch to celebrate Mother's Day here. They had 2 rounds of buffet, 10:00am & 12:30pm. We booked the 12:30pm round. We arrived at 12:25pm and found that the crowd was accumulating outside the ballroom (they moved the buffet to the ballroom). They started to lead people to the table one by one at about 12:35pm, very very slowly. After about 30 minutes, there were less than 10 tables being seated. By then, our mood to celebrate had already down to the bottom due to all the waiting and hunger while we had no clue when would be our turn to be seated. We went up to the maitre d' twice asking what's up but same answer: "we'll call out your name once your table is set which will be a few minutes." When we peeked inside the ballroom, 99% of the tables were ready. We all decided to leave after more than 30 minutes wait.
Although the food and environment is pretty nice with my past experience, think again if you want to celebrate any important day like Mother's Day at this restaurant.
