“Wonderful Vacation”
Reviewed 7 June 2014

On check-in the staff were very friendly. I didn't know how to work the TV in the room and called the front desk. Before they even hung up, there was someone at my door to show me. Had a kitchenette at the back and it was very quiet. The air-conditioner worked very well and wasn't noisy. The bed was a bit too hard, but then again, I'm used to a very soft mattress. When I asked for more coffee, it came in abundance. The breakfast wasn't the best, so I only ate there twice out of my 7 days. Not sure if the eggs were from real eggs or out of a carton, and the sausage was way too spicy. They had other breakfast items, but I like bacon and eggs. The only thing I really missed was that the swimming pool was under construction, so I didn't get to use it. Hopefully next year I will return again and be able to swim. Overall a wonderful stay.

Room smelled bad. Pool was in renovations, which we were not notified about prior to check-in. Would have stayed elsewhere had we known. No discount was offerered because front desk said we were travelling on a government rate. Hotel in general is a bit run down. No staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was sufficient, and the breakfast staff were good.

With 20+ rooms booked for a girls fieldhockey tournament we were lead to believe that the pool would be up and running. It was not the case. We were told to pack up van loads of kids and move them a distance away in an unfamiliar town to pay elsewhere to swim. The swim time is 7-9. The kids who have played 3 games in the 20+ sunny weather want to swim now at 4pm. We feel scammed as parents and will take our business else where. No effort for any compensation

I would not stay here again. After reading some of the reviews, I must say I was hesitant to begin with. Upon arrival to my room, the air in the room was stale. Went to open a window... oh ya, you can't. Both mights I stayed, fellow guests thought it was ok to run up and down the outside hall yelling at their family/friends in the parking lot below to grab this or that out of the car even though it was 2 am. This is a $70/night room at best. If you want a peaceful nights sleep, go elsewhere :(

This motel style complex was in a great location, very comfortable and well priced.
Plenty of free parking and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was adequate but considering the cheap room rate was acceptable.

This is good place to go if you want to be near shopping centre, and sky train. The rooms were clean, had a little fridge, and comfy bed. The wii-fii was not that great, but didn't really bother me that much as was forced to talk and interact with family. Will go back.. good economical price for a small family.
