I was warned over and over to avoid the touristy aspects of Les Baux de Provence. So I was pleasantly surprised to find this little lunch spot right outside the entrance to the chateau. It was a terribly windy day so it was nice to retreat to a charming little room carved into the rock! It was a little late for lunch but the service was just fine. I had a salade composée and a glass of wine.
