We returned to Chez Milot in August 2013 after being away from Ste.Adele since 1989....still the same quiet, quaint village restaurant that it was back then. The mussels are as good as ever, and the menu has kept pace with the times. An enjoyable time of reminiscing.

We went for dinner and I do not agree the menu is boring. The food is good; we had escargots and share a dishes of different chesses. Dishes are ample and service is excellent. They have a dinner menu for 28$ two people with a lot of different dishes.
Great deal for foodies. Definitely a place to visit

It was my first experience and I am wondering why people speak so highly about that place. The food is lacking of creativity, boring menu, lack of cooking skills. Reminds me of the restaurants in the early 80's. The only good stuff was the complimentary mussels, fat, perfectlycooked mussels.
Took the table d'hote. Started with a boring salad, followed by sweetbreads in a Marsala sauce which totally lacked of any flavour, Two good chateau potatoes. Louzy carotts, turnips, zucchini.
For dessert I selected a chocolate fondant which happened to be a slice of chocolate cake that spend a few seconds in a microwave. My partner selected a grilled salmon that was cold, the lemon sauce was forgotten. Her cheese cake was nothing out of the ordinary.
In short, a poor experience. The service was friendly but lacked of professionalism and attention.
Avoid, or go next door at Bistro a Vino where the table d'hote offers great value and high quality.
