A wonderful variety of plays are set for the season.

We say "Driving Miss Daisy", never saw the movie, but wonderfully portrayed, we now need to see the flick.

Fabulous location, splendid views.

“Driving Miss Daisy”
Reviewed 30 May 2014

Very good play with good acting. Scenery for the play was good, but not as well done as some other theaters that we have become accustomed to. The Playhouse has a wonderful setting on the shore of the St. Lawrence River in Gananoque, Ontario Canada.

“A joy!”
Reviewed 26 May 2014

I had booked a show at the playhouse as an afterthought while staying at the Gananoque Inn (just 3 minutes away on foot)...
The Theater is located on the Gananoque waterfront. Parking is a bit limited unless you're a member, so early arrival is a must. There are quiet side streets however, where parking can easily be found. There is a bar on the lower level where you can enjoy a drink before the show if so inclined or you can just sit by the water and soak in the view.
We were lucky enough to enjoy "Driving Miss Daisy" which was an absolute delight. Three actors managed to put on a great performance, funny and entertaining. A great way to spend an evening at reasonable cost.
