Second time staying here..I just love the charm this place exudes.. Breakfast in that sunny
Breakfast room with lace curtains and a backdrop of Atlantic Ocean just behind.
The service staff are all very accomodating and are bi lingual
The breakfast consists of endless coffee...a small delectable orange juice squeezed on site... Delicious think cut bread grilled on a woodstove and a variety of fresh fruit on the plate for garnish... But the real special feature of this ultra leisurly breakfast is Madame John homemade confritures.. An orange marmalade that taste like crepe Suzette without the crepe.. And a blazing strawberry
And pineapple configure which is impossible to put into words
Try hedonistic.. That too may be
Low on praise.. I guess you can tell how much I love this place. It is a special Auberge in a special location in Canada. They do not have a website, but if you google their name it will come up on trip advisor, they have a lot of repeat customers and I get a feeling that is all they need to survive, that is probably
Why they don't have a web site,
They write your bill by hand, no high tech here, no wifi .. But lots of peace and quiet.. The Perce rock is 6km from the Auberge on a beautiful drive on hwy 132 very very scenic. The rates are $75.00-125.. Very reasonable for such an ideal place.
