Description: Our team is proud to present Era 67 Restaurant & Lounge, nestled in the heritage district of downtown Orillia, Ontario. We are located at 64 Mississauga Street West, within walking distance of the historic Orillia Opera House, charming boutiques, and the Port of Orillia. Also in close proximity to Casino Rama. The inspiration of our name is derived from the Era of 1867, when citizens from all walks of life joined together to create Canada - a bold new country built on hope, faith and hard work. We believe in the same values today. Through personal experience and travels, our culinary team and their families are well aware of our enriched land's one-of-a-kind flavours and its bountiful produce. They also truly appreciate the amazing tastes and aromas our country has to offer. Our award winning Executive Chef, Rachel Hobbs, harvests only the freshest proteins and ingredients to create her signature dishes. Blending old world cooking knowledge with modern culinary techniques, our menu represents the best of this great land, from delicious British Columbia salmon to tantalizing Alberta beef and succulent P.E.I mussels.Displaying a wonderful heritage feel, Era 67 is a celebration of Canada's finest foods, coupled with impeccable service and a warm ambiance. Whether planning a night on the town or a quiet intimate meal, from the moment you arrive we guarantee an unforgettable dining experience . . . because that's what true north friends do for one another.

Orillia is blessed with good restaurants and we hope Era 67 will be with us for a long time. We (We are Betty and Tony's Waterfront B&B) recommend it to our guests who are looking for something special. They did a nice birthday for a party for us recently, the birthday person didn't want a big fuss so there was no performance by the staff, but we used their Historic (not the right name ) room which was tastefully prepared and pleasantly served. We were with them with the Orillia Probus Club a while ago, there would have been 40 of us and we were well pleased with the meal, the price, and the service.
Their focus is on Canadian sourced food - a wide range. So they might offer Pacific salmon, PEI mussels and Ontario potatoes.

I went there twice with work colleagues while in Orillia in business: once for lunch; once for dinner. Had two fabulous meals. Great atmosphere. The serving staff were lovely and knowledgable and their deserts were to die for. Just wish this restaurant was in my hometown - I'd be a regular!

We went with three other couples and we spent three hours. The food quality, presentation and service made for a wonderful evening. The chef is one of a kind. We returned last week on Friday night and sat on the most romantic patio with candles and a fountain. A live band added to the beautiful evening. The mussels were to die for. All our meals exceeded our expectations. This is a must if entertaining clients, romantic and enjoying friends.
