We booked La Rosetta at the last minute on our trip through Vancouver Island. When we arrived Angelo greeted us and made us feel welcome. He let us know that there was a common sitting room and refrigerator for us to use, then showed us through our room. We chose the room with the queen sized bed and there is another one with a king bed. Both have private bathrooms, which we found spotlessly clean. We were amazed by the size and quality of the breakfast that Angelo served us in the morning. We have stayed in quite a few B&Bs over the years and this breakfast beat them all. Angelo is a professional cook, so he takes great pride in his meal presentation. We had Greek yogurt, a fruit plate, full breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast), tea, coffee, juice. This B&B is centrally located, near the beach and the main downtown area. There are several very good restaurants in town and Angelo gave us suggestions for dinner. Jayne was there in the morning, so it was nice to meet the other half of La Rosetta B&B. Both were very genuinely nice people and it was a pleasure to stay in their home. This property is very good value for your dollar compared to hotels in the area because of the included breakfast.

We stayed on March 26, 2016. Jayne & Angelo are great people, they are very accommodating and made us feel like we were at home! Great location, very close to the beach and surrounding stores. A full coarse delicious breakfast filled with fruit and proteins. Friendly and warm atmosphere. We would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks again Jayne & Angelo.

Lots of classic charm and spotless rooms. The breakfast was the best breakfast we had had at a b&b in many years and we left stuffed each morning. Also has good wifi and is close to the beach. The couple running it are some of the nicest people you will meet on your travels.

We took this trip as our family gateway celebrating our first year anniversary along with our then 7 months old daughter. We were very glad we decided to stay at La Rosetta. After stuck for hours in long weekend traffic and ferry crossing it was heart warming to have Jayne and Angelo welcoming us... It felt like visiting friends almost. Super friendly couple, wonderful service and atmosphere. The next day Jayne told us to sleep in to take extra rest and because she didn't have to go to work the next day.... which we completely did, including our baby! Jayne waited for us to make us our 'brunch' instead of breakfast because it was almost 11 when we woke up. It was the most delicious pancake we've ever had. What a lovely stay, my husband and I agree to come back again!

We stayed at La Rosetta for two nights in August, home to Angelo and Jayne and a romantic B&B if you appreciate queen-size bedrooms, clean washrooms, spacious living room, fast Internet and last but not least a breakfast that helps you kick-start the day and last till dinner time.
Angelo and Jayne worked at full stretch to prepare a festive surprise breakfast for my wife's 65th birthday.....a special request from friends and arranged months in advance through email communication from the other side of the world. Who said that romance and technology don't go hand-in-hand?

Room Tip: Take a walk to the beach and have dinner at sunset
