The restaurant is beautifully designed. The fish was well cooked, but had a slight ammonia smell and taste. The medallion potatoes were heavy but interesting. Since I have a garlic allergy, I got dry coleslaw ...from a bag?...on my plate. No attempt to do something else. Other diners' plates looked good. Service was mediocre, not bad. I expect they will get a bit better with experience. Value? Overall I paid $15 for a piece of fish that didn't taste great.
