Just watching and listening to the staff performing makes any wait seem shorter. These folks are entertaining, for sure! My lunch of roasted red pepper and tomato bisque and turkey/cranberry panini were delicious. Shirley Delicious is a little out of the way at 19 km (12 miles) West of Sooke, but it's well worth the drive. There were other things on the menu that I would like to try, so I'll need to go back for another lunch later this summer!
