“Excellent stay”
Reviewed 9 December 2012 via mobile

Im a junior hockey coach and our team stayed at the Park Inn for two nights. The hotel owner was very accommodating offering us pool access, laundry service, and an extra room for the parent of an injured player. I normally don't write reviews on these sites, but it was such a positive experience. Greatly appreciated!

Stayed here 2 weeks ago. First thing, welcomed by the manager as coffee shop was shut in town, and he made us Lattes! Good welcoming! The rooms are well maintained, clean and not a bad size, especially for the price we paid. Comfortable patio and gorgeous pool and hot tub! Loved it and will be back. NN

We stayed in a room with a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was awesome! We had like 5 baths over our 2 night stay. The bed was clean and comfy. The room is a little outdated, but well kept. Not run down. The 70's patio chairs in the front patios are kinda cool. Good stay overall.

I stayed there this past June with my family and found it to be a clean and very reasonable place to stay. Our Room was in building 2 which are a little larger and have larger bathrooms with a window looking outside which I like. Rooms are older in decor but I don't travel to stay in the room and stare at the furniture and watch tv. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and the pool was very warm. Loved it, and will always stay here when in Radium.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in building 2 as the bathrooms are larger.

We regreted that we checked in, in this motel. We saw how the housekeeper cleaned the rooms and it was terrible. She only changed the inner sheets, but didn't change the comforter. We asked her why is the comforter not changed, she said they don't usually changed it....ewww

Radium-Park-Inn, Manager at Radium Park Lodge, responded to this review, 31 October 2012
Announcement: Park Inn is pleased to welcome Nazir Rahemtulla to the property as manager. His first task is to make changes to provide visitors with a comfortable, clean and affordable stay.

We just had a Health Care inspection of our pool and implementing the recommendation made. The pool and hot tub was given the thumbs up after electronic daily monitoring was implemented a few weeks ago. The Chemical levels are being watched and monitored with increased accuracy.

Stay tuned with more changes.

We welcome back customers who have not been to Radium recently.

Stayed at the Park Inn (but to be clear, this is a motel) in August 2010. We had a double room for $75, and low expectations. The room and property were very clean - no complaints. The room was extremely dated (picture wild stucco ceilings) with only rudimentary amenities.

No regrets about staying here - it's hard to complain about the price - but just know that it's very basic.
