When we first drove up to it, it looked like a run down building surrounded by a pot-holed parking lot, so we hesitated to even go in. The bilingual desk staff was very friendly. Check-in was very fast. We walked to our room through hallways that have not been updated for while, and then we were presently surprised when we came to our room. It was one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room was impeccable. Nothing fancy mind you. Beds were comfortable enough. Bathroom was nice and very clean. The only trouble we had was putting heat up and down and mentioned that to the staff in the morning and they were very apologetic.
One thing about the location in the spring (when we there) is that the fields all along the trans-Canada highway are being sprayed with manure by the farmers, so everywhere smells like manure (we were there in mid-May) but that's certainly not the hotel's fault. Once in our room though we did not smell it even though we were at the back of the hotel closes to the field.
Continental breakfast (included) was to the standard of most continental breakfasts.

We are sorry to hear that the décor wasn't up to your taste and you feel our hotel needs refurbishment. In the coming year our hotel will undergo numerous upgrades and improvements including renovations to the hallways, rooms and a new breakfast area. We look forward to significantly raising the level of comfort and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. We look forward to your return.

We were travelling from Nova Scotia to Ontario and calculated Levis to be about half-way, approximately 11 hours of driving from Halifax Booked online at Choice Privileges and prepaid. Good price and easy website. Hotel location was only 2 km. off Route 20 so it was easy to get back on the road the next morning. Check in was easy and room was comfortable with usual amenities such as iron, hair dryer, toiletries, coffee machine with four servings. My wife has environmental allergies and reacted mildly to the room after taking anti histamines. Continental breakfast was included but there wasn't much other than cereal, toast, muffins, juice, coffee and tea. A nearby Normandin restaurant serves good meals. There's an Econo Lodge nearby and we'll try that on our return trip for $15 less per night. Suggest you gas up before or after Levis -- prices were $1.49 per litre.

Room Tip: There are drive-ups.

...but when I was there their internet terminal for guests was not working at all and nobody seemed interested in fixing it. The room was fine but not being able to have a single cigarette in the room without incurring a 150.00 penalty when it was minus 40 outside was very inconvenient. They had smoking rooms for an extra 20 bucks but they, like most others, smelled to high heaven as the motels dont seem interested in cleaning such rooms at all. It was a casual walk in due to problems in another motel-noise issues created by overly small rooms.

The place was average, but no issues. I was really happy we stayed in Levis as it is such a lovely place with great views of Quebec City (in fact better than if you were IN QC) I thought the hotel was closer to the bridge to Quebec City -I was wrong but quite enjoyed the ferry ride.
If you've travelling cross country on the transcanada highway the location is very convenient.

We booked this hotel some time ago and have stayed at many Comfort Inns , however although it was a good location I found the staff a little unfriendly , the room was very comfortable but I must say that the breakfast was very limited and I found the whole place a little dated and tired.
