Description: For Chef Sébastien Houle, cuisine is an international adventure. Beyond trends and "what's new", it's a controlled science where creativity is drawn from experiences on every continent. If travels form youth, in sEb's case they created a high-flying chef who brought together flavours from all latitudes. A traveller to the ends of the world, sEb lived for years as a sea wolf travelling from port to port, an exile traversing the planet, shaping his own unique culinary vision. The result is a sublime mingling of flavours from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Australia which marry with and recreate a very specific Québec culture that pays considerable attention to the perfection of handcrafted products. Chef sEb reflects the nature of his contemporaries: thanks to his unfailing curiosity, he obtains his inspiration from the flavours of international markets, from local producers, from the international gastronomic elite and from traditional home cooking.

“Delicious and Inventive! Not to miss!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 April 2014

Every night there is a different menu, so you can keep returning. This is definitely fine dining, but you are getting an amazing bang for your buck- food is freshly prepared, and unique tasting. Extensive wine list, and friendly helpful staff add to the experience. I have never ordered off the menu, always go with the Chef's tasting menu, and it's delish. Really, let them surprise you.

“Fantastic Evening!”

The ambiance was perfect and the food was absolutely wonderful. Our server was very friendly and knowledgable. I could eat their cauliflower risotto with white truffle oil and shaved black truffles for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner!!

“Low Key, High Quality in Mt Tremblant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 March 2014

While on a ski vacation with extended family, we went to dinner here one night, about 15 minutes away from the Village. While it might not seem a first choice when accompanied by 3 children between the ages of 4 and 12, we went early, and the service was truly excellent. The children were catered to appropriately: the older ones got the standard menu and were treated as adults, and the youngest was asked what she would like to eat, and served it! I found the menu a bit limited, but there was enough selection, and the food was excellent. My husband and I even went back another night - just the two of us, and were very satisfied.

“Amazing meal and service in Mont Tremblant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 January 2014

We recently had a wonderful meal at SEb over the holidays. First off, the meal was fantastic and the service was very good. We gravitated towards the more traditional French cuisine and we were not disappointed. Our server was attentive, had great recommendations and incredibly knowledgeable when it came to the wine list. The prices were on par with the food and service and we were very pleased with our meal from start to finish.

“Do not miss this Gem!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 December 2013

We travel each year between Christmas and New Years with our adult children. This year we came skiing in Mont Tremblant. We are well healed travelers and know enough to venture away from the ski resort food. Being in Quebec we gravitated to French. We are from Manhattan and consider ourselves very well versed in great food. My husband is a private chef and is a tough critic at the the most revered establishments. We arrived at sEb (a party of 8) to find a private space set up complete with candles, Christmas ornaments and seashells as table decor. We were greeted by Guy the owner, waiter, bartender and overall incredibly gracious host. Upon finding out I had a gluten allergy Guy excused himself to pop some gluten free bread into the oven. Every part of the meal from the pre-dinner cocktails ( cosmopolitans with a mix of white and red cranberry juice), the amuse bouche, to carefully prepared meals that were as beautiful to look at as they were to enjoy. There is no doubt that the food is prepared with expertise and creativity, which was appreciated and noted by the plates that were wiped clean by our crowd at the end of each course. The thing that pulled this together for me was a host ( Guy) that was clearly passionate about his food and service, that was engaging with us and completed our dining experience to feel more like we had just enjoyed dinner at a close friends home that at an unfamiliar restuarant. You will not be disappointed if you know and love exquisite food, service and ambiance, GO!!!
