First off, although we nada a reservation, we were forced to wait for 15 minutes for a table, while others with no reservation were seated. We were waiting for "our" table...we were told.
Once we were seated the service was prompt and efficient. My son and I both had steaks that were cooked correctly to order and quite good. The atmosphere was good, pleasantly noisy, suited to a ski hill. Prices however reflect being right at a ski hill. A good choice for steak if you need to stay at the hill.

Very good steak. Great service with a smile. Our dinners were quite delicious with rather large portions. Extras are all a la carte.

For the price, I expected a fantastic steak - it was only adequate. I should have got a cheaper meal. The meal did not come with potatoes etc included but had to be ordered as a side-dish. Really??? For that price?
The fresh made buns were good.
The beer was good as well.

This is a lunch review. Pretty much the same menu you see at neighboring Le Shack or La Forge, just not executed quite as well or as tasty.
Was here with 9 others for the Canada-US Olympic semifinal. Despite our entire section of the restaurant being English speakers, they could not or would not give us the English language feed of the game.
The beer and drink menu is solid. Boreale IPA which is also on some other restaurants menus (but not all) is the best local beer I had in a week+ at Mont-Tremblant (much better than Keith's which is pretty blah).
None of the food was all that tasty though. Shared Spinach dip and Nachos for appetizers and neither was very impressive. Had the Poutine for lunch and they prepared it differently and not authentic or very good. Definitely skip the Poutine here and try it at competitors.
I would not be inclined to go back.

Bullseye is an amazing restaurant. The service is impeccable. The waiters and servers are always at your side always attentive which I absolutely love. The steak and rack of lamb is to die for and coming from a New Yorker that's a big compliment. They have a great location, big TVS, atmosphere is very nice and interior/decor is superb. So worth it! It's a must to try their shrimp and sautéed spinach as well it's to die for. Thank you Tremblant and Bullseye for some amazing skiing and delicious food!
