This resto specializes in food cooked at your table on lava stone, heated to super high temperature). Fish, shrimp, beef, lamp, etc. with very good soups, salads. All kinds of fondue. You don't have to go into the ski area of Tremblant, in fact this resto and Chev. de J. beat all the restos in the area for fine food, deliciously prepared with flair and innovation.
