Great hotel with convenient ski-in/ski-out access. Rooms are fairly basic decor but more than meets family needs with a full kitchen and dining area. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient but left a lot to be desired. They options changes daily from breakfast sandwiches to scrambled eggs with meat options. Cold cereal are plentiful as are the delicious yogurts. Service still seems to be a fairly new concept to Canadians, especially French Canadians but if you are not too demanding, you'll get through your stay just fine.
The full kitchen was great and we were able to cook dinner in a couple of nights. There is a local market in the pedestrian village but has limited options are is quiet pricey. A better alternative is to go to the one of the large supermarkets a few minutes from the mountain where you can stock up for your stay.
We were pretty satisfied with our stay and would definitely return.

Room Tip: Staying in the village includes perks such as First Tracks and free ice skate rentals as well as act...

We booked this hotel because we were traveling with 2 families, 12 people and we liked the option of larger rooms with a kitchenette that could accommodate 6 people. I wish the rooms were larger or that they at least had more storage space for all of our ski/snowboard winter clothes and boots and things. We stayed for 5 days and it was tight. Breakfast is included, which is great. The staff can be a bit cold at times when asking questions. We had an incident where we found that housekeeping left our room door unlocked all day long while wr were out on the mountain. We did find that things were missing from out room. It took a long time for the hotel to admit their error and accept responsibility. They definitely do not have a "customer is always right policy" but in the end their audit showed that they were in fact in the wrong.
All in all, I would go again simply because the location is great. We never had to use our vehicle. But I might also look at other accomodation options in the area to look for better value.

My husband and I wanted a break from the heat...
I am a travel professional so I can chose anywhere. I had seen the hotel and it was in my bucket list to stay right under the chair lift and we did.

Room Tip: One Bedroom suites well worth it

Stayed there with my husband and 2 teenage children while visiting with family who live nearby. The staff were very courteous and helpful in explaining how to get to varoius events and activities. The suite we chose was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen has everything one could need and was extremely clean, as was the bathroom. The only letdown was the very uncomfortable sofa bed mattress-AWFUL. We'll gladly stay there again.

Overall I always try to avoid a timeshare type of property because too many people need a pie of the profit I would notice right away if the hotel is a true hotel or just managed by Marriott. In a timeshare property everything is about money for example there is no room to negotiate a better deal, charging for parking etc.

The radiator/heater made such a loud noise at night that I could not sleep at night, it’s really outdated it looks like the radiator/heater was from the 1970’s.

The room lighting was very dim; it gave me the impression again that the timeshare owners were trying to save on the electricity bill.

The outside hallways were very narrow and rooms are cramped and small. Nowadays hotels are trying to avoid bed bugs at all cost why can’t a hotel where you pay so much for a night stay at least provide luggage stands? All of our luggages were lying on the carpeted floors all the time.

You spend so much money what’s the point of charging for parking? Or for a tiny log for the fireplace?

Gym was in the wrong spot right next to a parking garage and there is no indoor swimming pool.

My husband and I stayed at this Residence Inn for 2 nights in June 2011. Here's the run down:
The Overall Hotel: The hotel itself looks great from the outside, a bit like a castle or old manor. There is onsite parking available (underground) for $10 per night with in and out priveleges. It's situated right in the heart of picturesque Mont Tremblant and you couldn't ask for a cuter resort town. The pool was under some sort of construction or repair when we were there so it wasn't available but it looked decent. They also have a small but well equipped exercise room availaible. There are a number of everyday items available in their little mini mart downstairs (snacks, toiletries, drinks, etc). There is also (woo hoo!) a self service laundry available onsite, although we didn't end up using it. When we arrived they upgraded us from the studio apartment we had rented to a one bedroom suite after learning it was a honeymoon trip (they also delivered chocolate and perrier to us :o)). The suite was fantastic (I've included pictures). There is a buffet style breakfast included every day and it was really good - a huge assortment of hot and cold items (waffles, eggs, parfaits, fruit, croissants, etc.) to choose from. It was by far one of the best breakfast buffets I've had at a hotel. The front desk staff was wonderful, with lots of suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. They also gave us free tickets to ride the gondolas as often as we liked during out stays and for a free round of mini-golf. One other plus - you can have reasonably priced massages right in your room!
The Room: It was a suite style apartment with a separate bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The bathroom was large and had a tub/shower combo. The apartment was fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glasses, etc. and a full size fridge. The living room had a flat screen TV and a fireplace and there was a balcony with chairs just off the living room. There is free internet available but it is wired, not wireless. I assume it's because all the surrounding properties are so close together that one could easily 'borrow' a wireless signal from a competing hotel ;o). However, there is also a mini business center available on the main floor with a computer, printer, etc. There is room service available, it's catered by the attached restaurant, Casey's. We didn't actually have a meal there because there were so many great restaurants around but we did have a desert. It was a mini cheesecakse trio - I highly recommend it! We had a queen size bed and it was clean and comfortable, the bedroom also had an alarm clock, flat screen, the usual. Our room was overlooking one of the main thoroughfares in terms of people walking by but there were no issues with outside noise or with noise from other guests of the hotel.
We would definitely stay here again, we loved the hotel and the area! You should note however that this is a resort area which means...you guessed it...resort pricing. We got a good deal on the hotel but all the hotels, restaurants, shops, etc do have an extra percentage tacked on to everything (I think it was something like 2%).

Room Tip: Get a room with a balcony
