My family and I stayed in this motel during my daughter's March Break, 2013.
We usually stay at budget friendly places for skiing, which means we are satisfied with them as long as they are clean.
We stayed unit #17(ground floor) with a small kitchenette and a real fire place.
1. Location:
The location is 10 to 12 minutes away from Mont Tremblant Resort and 3 minutes from Town of Mont Tremblant. (There are Metro, some shops, etc. ) Right on highway 117. It is on the hill beside Highway 117 with a big sign and you will never miss it.
2. Hospitality:
The owner couple were very helpful and friendly. I did not find them errogant. They explained how to get to and where to park free of charge at Mont Tremblant Resort when they got to know it was our first time there.
3. Facility
As others said, I have to admit the motel has 1970's style. However, it was clean and had a small cottage feeling especially with the fire place.
A. The bathroom: It was small and tight and like other motels, the towels were thin but clean. Unfamiliar brand shampoo and soap were provided. For me, I always bring my own due to my sensitive skin.
B. The bed: I have very sensitive and allergic skin but was okay with the bed and mattress.
C. The kitchenette: it was very small but had all the basic tools, pots, pans, a small coffee brewer as well as coffee, sugar, a toaster, and salt and pepper. The unit’s kitchenette was clean including the refrigerator.
D. The fireplace: the best thing at this motel! a 1-2 hour fire log was provided. If you want to enjoy more of the charm of the fireplace, bring your own logs or go to metro nearby and buy some, which we did.
E. The floor: a nice hardwood floor throughout the unit. We all liked it because it usually is cleaner than a carpet.
4. Breakfast
Muffins, croissants, plain bread, OJ, milk, coffee, yogurt, jam, peanut butter were provided in the lobby. It was not a typical continental breakfast but it was more than okay. We could take food as much as we wanted. Even the lady told us to take more. (Usually we need a big breakfast before hitting the slope.) So we got extra muffins and had them as our snack when skiing. We stayed in a motel in Montreal the night before here, they said “continental breakfast” and the food was the same. Maybe Montreal standard…
5. Neighbour:
Our unit was located on the ground floor so the noise from upstairs was unavoidable but after 9-10pm was quiet. Most of the travellers were families with children and they were pretty good. Our neighbours and us we kept our curtains open in the evening enjoying the nice view with the sunset from our unit. No one tried to peek in. Just like staying in a cottage.
6. Summary:
Keep in mind this motel would be perfect for people looking for a budget friendly place without ripped off. If you are a luxury oriented person, swimming in a nice pool or spending a relatively more time inside a hotel rather than outside, you better go for a luxury paying more.

Room Tip: Go for a unit with a fireplace and bring your own log to enjoy it more.

DO NOT TRUST the leaflet! They hired the best designer/photograph ever! On paper it's beautiful, nice, clean, etc.... In real it's the total opposite!

Rooms are dark, kitchen dirty (with a disgusting fried smelling which flavor the whole room), A/C is so loud! The Manager is arrogant! And breakfast are so cheap !!!!! (ok muffins are more than ok and big enough but that's all!)

AVOID that place!

Nice pictures on their site but you'll be in for disappointment! Reality is terribly bleak and cheap-looking rooms, dark kitchenette, cheap continental breakfast, arrogant manager.

Price would be ok at 50$.

We planned a weekend in Mont Tremblant at a decently priced motel offering a deal with a Spa Scandinave. Upon arrival to the room, the deception was very disapointing. The pictures do not give it justice. The ceiling and walls made of cement were cracked and cold. Peach walls with a very small sleeping area. The handles on the Jacuzzi tub were loose, Electrical plugs and light switches were right beside the kitchen sink. The bed was a piece of cardboard with springs I think... and the sheets didnt even fit the bed. The toilet and separate shower were in a very small area and sink is separately and coveniantly placed beside the bed and not only that, there is no place to sit and relax. No couch, but to the managers reasoning, there is a kitchen table and chairs. Yes the prices were decent, but not for what we got. We were supposed to stay friday to sunday. We arrived Friday at 11Pm and left 11Am the next morning. When I asked for a refund for my second night stay as we decided that this was not satisfactory, I was denied due to policies. I feel that if someone is this dissatisfied with the quaters, they should be refunded. So to sum this story up, I do not recommend this place to anyone, and as I can see from other reviews as I write this... Others do not either.

We booked a room in this motel and unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The room was quite dark and ugly, with pieces of wallpaper falling in some areas. The moldy odor present in the room was so strong that we were not able to sleep there. They were not helpful at the front desk and they seemed only interested in getting our money. We would not recommend this place for anyone, especially if you have a tendency to feel depressed!

Room Tip: Some renovated rooms seems cleaner (but they were also more expensive) but the renovations made appears to us like a lack of good taste.
