Had dinner here last Monday night after a long drive in. As the entire region is in a January thaw, this restaurant was very quiet (a number of other restaurants are closed on Monday as well), with only about 16-18 customers. It was so dead-appearing that, at first, no one was even present to seat me. After 5 minutes, a very attentive if a bit overworked waiter appeared and everything was fine from that point onward. Food (vegetable soup and grilled salmon) was very good, service was outstanding and my window seat overlooking the snowy beach and lake could not have been better.
I definitely will return. This somewhat oddly-named restaurant is the latest incarnation in the restaurant space of the Auberge la Porte Rouge and it is, by far, by best effort to date in that location. We are putting it on our restaurant rotation list for our visits to Mont-Tremblant.
