We booked 40 rooms to accommodate our staff who were travelling from out of town to attend our Company Christmas party at a local venue and they had a wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and tidy, location was perfect for our purposes and breakfast was much appreciated. A perfect stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights while on a hockey tournament with our son's hockey team. I really expected something tired and worn, and was pleasantly surprised. The halls were clean and in good repair (a first warning signal for me), the room itself was clean and had everything we needed including coffee maker, 2 beds and lots of towels. I was impressed that the lights and TV are on motion sensors (which you can turn off if you don't want all the lights coming on if you get up in the middle of the night) as an energy conservation effort. The water pressure was a bit low for my liking, but not ridiculous. The fact that breakfast is included was a real plus if you want something light.

Location wise for Amherst and highway access is was perfect, as we could walk to multiple family-style restaurants close by as a group. Tim Horton's is right across the street, and grocery, etc very close by.

There was an issue checking out as all charges were posted to one account, so I haven't yet seen the posting on my credit card for the stay.

I would definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity to visit Amherst arose.

We stayed there because we couldn't get anywhere else to stay late in the night. Everything was booked up due to a concert in Moncton. Our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids age 10, 4 & 3 stayed there August 25,2012. Room 218. Only room left was with a double bed and sofa bed. Hotel was full of concert goers with their doors left open going from room to room.Very loud that night. Very pricy at $159 at night for a not so clean room. Breakfast area was off from lobby with a lady overlooking every bite you took. Not good things were dry and gross. Won't be staying there again.

Room Tip: Only stay if stuck don't expect clean place.

Thank you for your comments, we value what you have to say about your stay with us. The date that this guest was with us was a concert weekend in nearby Moncton and as a result our hotel was fully booked most of the weekend. I apologize for the noise casued by other guests who were also here on holiday and most returning from a day long concert. Perhaps breakfast was near to completion when this guest came to the breakfast area. All breakfast items are delivered fresh from a local facility based in Amherst and although our breakfast seating area is limited, we plan to have a new and expanded breakfast room next year.

Our many guests who stayed with us over this concert weekend enjoyed rates which were a signifigant savings over hotels in Moncton which is a short 40 minute drive from our location.

Again, thank you for your comments and we hope that you enjoy all your future travels.

This is a rather old property. Rooms are OK (they even have smoking rooms), but everything is old and somewhat run-down. avoid the free breakfast, it's truly horrible. OK for an overnight stay, but don't overdo it!

A fairly typical Comfort Inn - clean, well-appointed, middle-level chain. We were walk-in customers wanting 3 rooms on a summer Friday and found them here. Pleasant front desk staff. WiFi is free and working well. Quiet location, convenient to highway. I would certainly stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back seem to be away from the road and quieter.

Great location, clean well-equipped rooms (though it might be nice for them to join the 21st century in terms of technology). Even though the place was filled with dogs for a big dog show, it was still really quiet.

The price-point was tough to swallow. For $100 I've been able to get a room in some great high-end hotels all over the world. How can small town hotels get away with these rates? Bummer, but otherwise recommend this spot.

Room Tip: There's no elevator, so if you're with a lot of luggage stay on the ground floor.
