This beautiful log house hugs the east side of Christina Lake and has an inviting access into the pristine waters of the warmest lake in BC. From the moment Kathleen opens the door, you enter into a spacious and peaceful realm. I stayed in the Sandstone Room with evening and morning views of sky and lake that took my breath away and left me in awe and re-energized!
Breakfast was lovingly served by Betty on the patio in the warmth of the morning sunshine. Delightful conversation, great tips, and a pic in front of the lake made for a truly memorable experience.
I highly recommend a stay at the Sunflower B&B to all travelers, whether you are a couple, a few friends, or a bohemian like me – it truly is an opportunity to connect to the natural wonder offered by beautiful Christina Lake, and to experience Kathleen’s hospitality and specialized services.

My husband and I are staying here right now, June 30th, and the Inn is beautiful. We are in the Sage room and it has been perfect for our stay. Our hostess Kathleen has been wonderful and to find she also did massage was a rewarding treat! The views are breathtaking and the amenities are all we could have wished for. We highly recommend staying here!

The Sunflower Inn was located right on the water. The views were breathtaking. The rooms are all large and comfortable. Kathleen, the host, was helpful, pleasant and very hard working. She made our stay extra special. I also had a Craniosacral Therapy treatment from her which was wonderful. She is so talented and giving.
Both my husband and myself loved the area and throughly enjoyed staying at the Sunflower Inn.
Thank you, Kathleen!

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely. I loved being having the lake right outside our door.

The décor is so lovely and the view of Christina Lake is spectacular. We arrived in the area without reservations and Kathleen was so accommodating. We enjoyed the evening on the deck overlooking the tranquil lake, bird watching, had a peaceful sleep, and after a hardy and delicious breakfast the next morning, we paddled the lake. I can highly recommend this as 1st class accommodations!

Room Tip: Upstairs at the end of the hall!

My husband and I stayed at the Sunflower Inn B&B last August. It has the most beautiful décor with tranquil lake views. We made good use of the dock as well! The breakfast's are first class and Kathleen is very accommodating. We're going back with our kids this August. :)

Room Tip: For romance - stay in the Calendula. With kids, choose the Sage and/or Sandstone.

We wanted one last weekend this fall to enjoy our kayaks and paddling on beautiful Christina Lake, as well as the warmth and hospitality Kathleen offers at Sunflower Inn. The weather was cooler, but after a hearty breakfast ( gluten free can be requested in advance!), we set off and actually enjoyed the quiet and stillness of the lake and season. One day it rained and that too was most enjoyable as we had all the gear to prepare for it. Our lakeside room on our return was toasty, boasting a lakefront view out of our sliding glass doors. We have been coming to Sunflower Inn for over 15 years, as the hospitality is superb, our kayaks safe and accessible on the beach, the water warm and clear, and the sound of waves on the shore at night unbeatable. The only disappointing thing is having to leave this paradise after our extended weekend holiday!

Room Tip: You can't go wrong choosing the "Sage" room on the lower level - sliding glass doors t...
