We have just returned from our first visit to this gem of a site. It is beautifully presented with immaculate grounds, colourful flower borders, huge pitches and the sea views were absolutely stunning and a joy to wake up to. The owners were welcoming, friendly and work incredibly hard to ensure the facilities are spotlessly clean at all times. The showers were piping hot whatever time of day and even though the park was fully booked when we were there we often had them to ourselves. They even offer to recharge phones etc for you, have a freezer you can use to freeze cool blocks, a fridge, microwave and hot drinks machine. We walked into Polruan, visited Fowey via the little ferry, went to Lands End, walked the coastal path to Lantic Beach and drove a little further to the Fistral beach for the day. Each day it was wonderful to return to this site to relax, have an evening BBQ and chat to neighbouring campers watching the sun set with a cold beer! We always research sites before booking and have caravanned and camped all over Europe and Polruan Holiday Park is by far the best site we have found. We will definitely return soon!
