Beautiful Place! Great wildlife scenery. Food was very good! The menu is simple but everything I have tried has always been A-1. I have eaten here about a dozen times.

Thank Brian F

Wonderful meals and delicious desserts in a charming, rustic, wilderness lodge. Very relaxing. Great outdoor environment to take a walk and enjoy the scenery. Good lake nearby to go canoeing on.

Adair's is one of those places where you get consistency each and every time you eat there. Although it's pretty plain, decor wise, the food is pretty good and the location is amazing. It seems to be always busy, which is a sign that it must be pretty good.
Worth the trip.

Didn't stay there but had a breakfast and lunch and wondered the grounds on two separate occasions. Friendly people and service and impressive location on the Salmon River and a beautiful lake I don't remember the name of. When you enter the dinning area you wouldn't expect anything that special but it is. I don't eat deserts often but would not pass on one here.
