“Great Little Aquarium”
Reviewed 27 May 2014

Located in beautiful down-town Ucluelet. Would be great for children because of the hands-on displays of sea creatures. Staff of young people was very knowledgeable and ready to share that knowledge.

“Small but you are allowed to touch”
Reviewed 19 May 2014

We weren't quiet sure what we should expect from it? Every Aquarium we normally go, Ucluelet? Let's see. It is small but the good thing is that you and specifically your child is allowed to touch the majority of the creatures found in the tanks and another good thing is that most of the creatures are going to be released by the end of the year, meaning, they a rescued, caught, etc. and when ready for the wild, released. If you want, this aquarium can be quiet informative while the staff is explaining each creature and the way it lives, hunts, etc. Don't plan on too much time here, you are done in an hour.

“Hands on Educational fun”
Reviewed 5 May 2014

NEW aquarium. We visited the OLD one a few years ago, but the new one is very worth a visit - especially on a rainy day.

Great spot to learn about the marine life in the area. Very hands on and friendly staff. Several displays on sight but no real signage to tell you what they are or anything about them.

Great visit.

“A hand on aquarium”

Fantastic for children and adults alike! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Displays are varied. It would be nice to label the little tanks to give more information on its particular inhabitants .
