We love this place ! So i need to say its not really five star but it is so comfortable we have chosen it twice now over our normal stays in the area , we have enjoyed fantastic storms here on both stays really really cool ... Unless you are a dog kind,a freaks dogs out . Small but fuctional very clean and cosy , the coolest thing is the outdoor bathtub ! Take advantage at night private under the stars as good as it get as it gets , hope for rain ! Can't say enough of this place ,love the big lodges the area offers but we will return here for sure , and you will get used to the sea lions ... I did lol . Bottom line is its a five star for quaintness !

My wife and I and our wee dog spent 3 nights here from August 2nd thru 4th as guests of Marylin and Lance. We had the 1 bedroom suite which has been mentioned in a recent review as being very nice,I totally concur. We had the best sleeps on the memory foam mattress; the facility really needs no improvement that I could see.We felt comfortable and welcome and would not hesitate to stay again if we find ourselves in Ukee. Which, by the way is beautiful.

I stayed in the 1 bed suite in the lower floor of the owner's house. There are 2 cabins also but I preferred the spaciousness of the suite. It has been recently and tastefully decorated , has a full kitchen, dining area, cosy sitting area with 2 comfy chesterfields , a decent size TV and propane artificail stove which heats up the room fast if you don't want to use the electric heating. It also has a decent size bedroom with a memory foam mattress so very comfortable. there is a balcony with barbeque and small table and easy access to a 4 person hot tub. The suite had absolutely everything a person would need eg. hair dryer, dishes, pots, loads of large towels, a radio and CD's etc. There is a view of the inlet and harbour and a small beach where one can sometimes see sea lions and bald eagles. The owners are friendly and helpful. Some breakfast supplies are provided . The Inn is in the town of Ucluelet and a short drive to Long Beach and Tofino. It is very close to the Wild Pacific Trails. The only thing that I would have liked( owner is planning on this in the future) is a gated balcony for the dogs...oh did I mention that this is a dog friendly place and owner has 2 dogs. $20 per dog one time which is donated to a dog shelter. Enjoyed my stay here and can highly recommend it.

We stayed for two nights in one of these cute little cabins. They are quite small, but I would take it over a hotel room any day! For the two of us it was cozy, comfy, and everything we wanted in a waterfront cabin. We will be back again, hopefully someday soon!

We stayed two nights at Anchors Inn cabin #2 (both cabins 1 & 2 are identical). While the setting is spectacular and the location convenient, we found the cabin too small. There is little storage (no closet or dresser), so this property likely won't appeal to those travelling with a weeks worth of clothing. This property would best suit local tourists looking for a casual weekend away. The cabins include a private deck with whirlpool tub, a propane bbq, queen bed and a small kitchen. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. There is also a suite on the same property, but we didn't see the inside of it.
