What a place!!! From the very warm and informative greeting from mike to the perfect spot for the hot tub this place was a great romantic get away. We had a couple who went to stay at a more 'exclusive place near by who were jealous of the room we got. Mike told us all the great spots to head to, and then coming home to the hot tub was perfect.

Men if you want to impress I highly reccomend this spot.

We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed the quiet relaxing atmosphere. The cabin in well equipped (not just cheap stuff!) and the own hot tub on the balcony was awesome. we also used the superb bbq several times. However, it was too cold and shady to sit outside. We can recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and able to cook at home!

My gf and I stayed at this place for her 21st bday, We had a amazing time I had surprised her with a trip to Ukee, during this season you get off season prices, great weather, was just a quick commute from nanaimo 2 hrs, brought bikes good safe places to lock up, super friendly, only problem was smoke alarm went off upstairs after a little burnt nachos, (oops) but goes away after 10 min (sorry neighbors), hot tub was the KEY part of the trip, lay back with some PLASTIC cups and enjoy the ocean breeze, not the prettiest view but who can complain anyways your on the west coast, GO enjoy, only thing is could have used a deal for 2 for 3 days.. but great, super clean!! and the cat is awesome he likes halibut.. lol sucks that there are no pets allowed as we now have a puppy..

Well-appointed cabin, double bed in loft and sofa-bed in living room, kitchen and shower, hot-tub on balcony very strongly chlorinated. Free wireless internet. On a street with many cabins. Close to wild pacific trail. Car necessary. Quite expensive

What a fantastic find . Yvonne was wonderful from the minute we met her , so helpful about the area and activities we could do. The cabins are modern and well furnished with all the reqiured equipment for your vacation, they are in a great location for trails and the Pacific Rim Park and beaches . If you want to get away from the stresses and strains of work this is the place you are looking for.
We booked for 3 nights stay but stopped a lot longer !!!

Stayed here for 4 nights and each one we were kept awake due to the noise of people walking/ moving chairs etc in the suite above.
They have used a bit of poetic license in the adveristing photos do not expect the views that they show as the trees are very over grown resulting in them obscuring your view of a basically muddy inlet (when the tide is out)!!

If you want to to the local town for beer and not want to drive its a good 20 minute walk but its worth it at dusk to see the wild life. (mainly deer no bears!!)

But apart from that the cabins are lovely & the hot tub very welcoming. Try and stay in an upstairs suite if possible.

We stayed at the Wild Pacific Ocean Front Cabins (Wow what a mouthful!) for 2 nights in november. The owner and hostess Yvonne was so nice and helpful on the phone when I booked I was sure I could expect something special.
On arrival we were met by Adrienne, who very warmly explained everything to us about the suite and the surrounding area.
We were lucky enough to have a big storm on the first night. There were waterproof raincoats on the porch which we could use to walk along the Pacific Rim Trail just down the road to watch the storm.
Beautiful room with kitchen, large fireplace and jacuzzi on the terrace looking over the inlet. Both the warm welcome we received and the cabin itself were beyond our expectations. We would love to go back there sometime. We had the "Stellar" suite on the ground floor (sleeps two) Wonderful stay. Beautiful small town and shoreline.
