To us, this is the best accomodation to be found in Watson Lake. It's not fancy, it's kind of "Bare Bones", but it's clean, quiet, and comfortable. Small cabin with double bed and single bed, no kitchen facilities, but lots and lots of room. Full-size bathroom (twice the size of ours at home!) Full-size bathtub, and with HAND-HELD SHOWER!! StarChoice Satellite TV. Very small fridge, but adequate for two people for a couple of days for drinks, deli snacks (available at Watson Lake Foods). Wireless HiFi, (only drawback there is that they pull the plug on the wireless anytime from 10:30 pm at night, but if mentioned, they might leave it on -- we were fortunate in that we had a Telus Air Card with us, which, glory be, WORKED with NWTel's antiquated equipment). A couple of COMFORTABLE chairs to sit on rather than the one wooden one meant for the computer desk would've been nice, and also, some thought to the physically handicapped would be nice -- like a grab bar in the bathroom, for getting in and out of the tub, but these are small discomforts that can be easily overcome, as I believe this is a fairly new addition to Watson Lake. It is advertised as a Bed & Breakfast, so there are no facilities for making meals in the cabins, other than for the morning coffee. I would HIGHLY recommend this new little place to anyone who asks.
