“Great park to call home in the summer!”
Reviewed 28 July 2014

Our family starting camping at Quinte Isle when our kids were 6 and 9. We found ourselves choosing Quinte Isle more than any other campground and decided that a seasonal site was for us. We have now been there for 8 years and upgraded our pull trailer to a beautiful cottage escape model. Everything about the park had us choose Quinte Isle over any other park that we had been to - huge sites whether we were transient or seasonal, clean park, nothing ever looks run down, lots of activities for the kids, great owners, beautiful pool area and a great natural beach on Lake Ontario. We have met so many great people over the years at the park that are now lifetime friends. The owners take great pride in how the park looks and how people are treated. It is always exciting at the start of a new season to see what improvements they have made to the park as they invest heavily each year in both the maintenance of the park and new additions whether it is a splashpad, new patio's, new facilities at the beach, etc.

We have been with Quinte Isle Campark for about 10 years now. We started out with a travel trailer and then became a Seasonal about 8 years ago. This park is amazing and has everything you would need. Every season we return, the owners have added something new (upgraded pool, splash pad, new washrooms, new rec hall, marina, store at the lake with laundry and washrooms and new things already posted for next year) Our kids love to go every weekend and are not happy when it is time to go home. There is always something for the kids to do to keep them busy. The staff is always helpful and we are always greeted with a smile or a wave. We have had family and friends come to visit and loved the park so much that they never left and became seasonals as well! We would 100% recommend Quinte Isle Campark! AWESOME PLACE!!!!!

Quinte's Isle has been our family summer vacation destination for years. We have been to many transient camp grounds but none compare to Quinte's Isle Campground. They have the most fantastic pull through sites we have ever seen, ample space and ample privacy. From the time you arrive, until the time you leave you feel at home. The staff is helpful, friendly and quick to help with any outages. This is 5 star all the way around. Staff 5* facilities 5* grounds 5*. Amazing piece of heaven in Picton Ontario. Highly recommend you try this place out.

From the time we entered the driveway into the camp ground I kind a knew Quinte Isle was a very nice camp ground. Besides having a beach area, they also had a in ground pool. Horseback riding, tennis, a soccer field and baseball field, mini golf and other activities. The only draw back I found was it cost a $1.00 to take a 8 minute shower. Ohhhhh, I almost forgot. One night we were really late coming back from a event and tried to use our pass card to scan the lock for the gate and it did not work. We had to park the truck in the outside parking lot and walk to our camper. Good thing our camper wasn't near the beach. That would have been a three quarter of a mile walk in total darkness.

Tis is a super huge camping. People use golf carts as means of transportation. We stayed in the pebble beach area, with great view of Lake Ontario. Spacious camping spots, a new and very clean sanitary block (showers cost 1 $). The only negative things I can mention is that they allow power generators on this part of the camping. Very annoying for campers.

Quinte's Isle Campark has been our home away from home for 4 seasons. It is family owned and managed and has earned every single one of its 5 stars! My family and I live in the seasonal section for the entire summer. There are so many activities, my kids (age 5 & 7) are never board. Between feeding the horses, swimming, playing in the splash pad, bike rides, playing at the park to the organized activities throughout the day, we are always busy and having a lot of fun! Whenever we have guests visiting us at our "trailer" they are amazed by Quinte's Isle facilities!
Thank You Ward family for giving my family a place to create memories year after year
