“Nice holiday home in a quite and beautiful environment”
Reviewed 28 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

We stayed here during Easter time with our two kids and our friends and their 3 children.
We had a great time in this nice house which had everything we needed and is spacious enough for two families. The kids enjoyed playing in the courtyard.
Only disadvantage for us was that there are no walking paths starting from the house.
Overall we can recommend this place to everyone who looks for an accommodation that provides value for money in a surprisingly nice and quiet part of France.

“Another lovely stay”
Reviewed 9 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

If you're hoping for a character filled cottage which is almost as charming as those who take care of it, this could be for you. Plenty to do around and about but also plenty of space to lounge around when you've enjoyed enough of the local activities and beaches. Rustic, spacious, affordable. Looking forward to next time already.

“Lovely”
Reviewed 31 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Had a fabulous one week stay in this lovely cottage which was also helped by the weather. A great base to discover this part of France. Visited Boulogne Sur Mer, le Touquet and Berck all which had beautiful beaches. Montreuil is not far away and well worth seeing the medieval ramparts. Slightly further away is Arras with the British World War 1 cemetery...beautifully kept
and very emotional. Also in Arras is the tourist information centre, beautiful building where you can explore the boves excellent guided tour. Run out of time to see the la Citadelle which was a shame.
La Coupole - World War 2 museum very interesting.
Go for a walk near the Cottage, head for the church and turn right carry on down very pretty. (you will probably go in the car as this is where the bottle banks are) Amazing countryside all around.
There is a massive supermarket in Attin - E.Leclerc so cheap for everything so no need to take much with you as we did.
The cottage had plenty of space with an outdoor patio that the ducks would visit. a charming place with everything you needed (bigger TV maybe)
Wonderful stay

“Great weekend in peaceful spot Nr Montreuill sur mer”

The cottage was delightful; a cosy retreat. We enjoyed visits to Montreuill sur Mer, the local chocolaterie, Restaurant Lignier in Beaussant, and a lovely beach walk at St Cecile. The owners were in residence, friendly, approachable, and most helpful. We will certainly return.

“Wonderfully relaxing”

We spent a wonderful week celebrating our wedding anniversary. Mike and Mandy kindly left us a bottle of Champagne in addition to a bottle of Red wine. The cottage was well equipped and I enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. We particularly enjoyed nights by the log burner and would return if we visited the area again. Thanks to Karen who was there to welcome us.

We had a lovely week in the cottage with unseasonably fabulous weather. Could not believe how lovely this part of France is and just an hour from Calais. Lovely sandy beaches, great aquarium at bologne, azincourt, crecy and First World War history all within easy driving distance. The town of montreuil was so lovely and only about 15 mins away. The cottage itself is really spacious with loads of toys and equipment provided for young kids.lovely big and well equipped kitchen too. Nice outdoor area for eating and BBQ too. The duck pond is really quaint. There is a boulangerie, supermarket and restaurant a short drive away. Very picturesque, rural setting with so much to do with easy reach

“Lovely house in a lovely location!”
Reviewed 23 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

This is a great house in a lovely rural location. Stayed for eight days in mid-August. Perfect size for four adults and four children. The kitchen is spacious with lots of equipment supplied and there is a lovely outside seating area. And at the bottom of the garden is a beautiful duck pond - don't worry, it is fenced off to keep the little ones safe.

The owners were lovely and extremely helpful with lots of tips and advice on where to go and things to do with the kids.

All in all, we had a great time and there's lots to do with the kids with beautiful beaches and the charming Dennlys Parc all within an hours drive.
