This bike trail goes for many miles. It goes through woods, along lakes, and under highways. There are cute shops at places along the way to stop for refreshments. It's accessible at several points where parking is set aside, as well as from hotels such as the Four Points by Sheraton where we stayed in Eastham.
We spent a morning in the section spanning Eastham, Orleans, and Brewster before it got too hot. We are casual bicyclists, but there were people of all abilities using it. It could be wider in places, and there are some bumps in the road, Nevertheless our overall experience was very pleasant.
