We had taken our kids to the safari park a few weeks ago, and taken out a 'passport' for the house (the little boys would have been bored) for adults. Tim & I re-visited today - lovely tour of the house (I had been as a child), gardens - Tim had phoned to book afternoon tea (I don't even drink tea)......put through to security, reception, restaraunt....cut off each time. Tried the web.......nada ....we had a lovely walk through the grounds....they couldn't do afternoon tea - not even busy. We just wanted to relax in the sun. They were pushed as they had 12, and a 2 booked..........well we would have booked if their systems worked. Very disappointing end to a lovely afternoon. Customer service needs addressing. Clearly the Duke doesn't need our £s.
