Great staff, but strangely enough not very many British employees at the hotel. It seemed lukke it was mainly poles Working there.
The hotel is one of the tallest Buildings in Bristol and the view from our room was fantastic. The building used to be an office- building, and therefore the reception is quite small. The rooms however is the usual good RadissonBlu quality, and as you would expect at at Radisson Blu Hotel located in Great Britain, the breakfast is rich with bacon, beans and sausages.
Warning: do not use the bus- service to the Airport. On the way to the hotel it took app. half an hour, but going back to the airport it took ages. The bus went in a big cirkle around the City, Then we were parked 10 minutes in a bus- station right around the corner from the Radisson Blu, and then finally the bus started its journey to the airport.
Dó yourself a favour, take a taxi. The airport is not very far away from the hotel.

We made a late booking on Sunday morning, obtained a good price on a business room plus breakfast. Lovely room on 15th floor with a great view overlooking river, v spacious with very comfortable bed. Hotel v convenient for good restaurants and pubs, we had a good meal at the nearby Lock Fyne restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Only downside was parking which was pricy at £23 per day. We would definitely stay again and recommend it

I've given this hotel a high rating before. But felt compelled to re-review it because it continues to excel.

Home baked cookies waiting for me in my bedroom was a lovely touch this time around.

As always the staff are attentive and keen to make your stay as good as poss.

SEcond time staying here. Rooms are comfortable and do what they should. WIFI access available and water bottles in room upon arrival.
Sunday breakfast service was a complete nightmare due to volume of guests grabbing food before checkout. Staff just couldn't keep on top of the arrival flow. Monday breakfast by comparison was relaxing with excellent choice and attentive wait staff providing tea/coffee - so much more efficient.
Held luggage after checkout at no additional charge.
Close to old city and broadmead...lots of shopping, pubs and restaurants close by to choose from.
Stayed before and will be back again.

I have stayed in several Bristol hotels of various qualities and this was one of the best. A very comfortable modern hotel right in the heart of Bristol. First class service. Breakfast choice, quality and service exceptionally good in comparison with many similar hotels I have stayed in.

This is a really good spotless hotel. It was perfect location for our weekend and the rooms were great, very good beds and excellent shower room and I had no disturbances while sleeping. Very clean and good staff and the breakfast was perfect after a night of drinking.

Have stayed in this hotel many times when I visit friends in Bristol. Good central location, not too far to walk to Broadmead or Waterfront areas in the city centre. Staff always friendly and helpful. Free Wifi is a bonus.

Rooms very comfortable and clean, I particularly like the Nespresso coffee machines in the business class rooms and the view they afford over the water front. Though the price has to be right for me to book one of these rooms over a standard room as there isnt a lot in it.

Never had any issue with the breakfast, but personally better quality sausages (I'm really picky when it comes to the quality of sausages) and strong coffee wouldn't go a miss.

Nice cocktails at the bar on the ground floor also.

Room Tip: Corner room overlooking the water front (business class) has a wonderful view.
