We stayed for one night on a trip to Bristol. We were offered an upgrade to a business room when a rude man pushed in front of us at reception.
We had a nice view of the Waterfront and over to Park Street. The room is very nice but with slightly odd gold furniture which is slightly at odds with the clean lines of the rest of the hotel.
The bathroon was huge with nice toiletries and with a Krups coffee machine and free wifi. The bed was huge and comfortable and there is good sound proofing.
The hotel is in a good central location with an easy walk of all the main attractions in the centre of town.
We asked about a late check out and the guy at reception (I think his name was James) was extremely helpful in dealing with this for us.
Breakfast wasn't included but we had breakfast in the hotel and the buffet was extensive and delicious.
The valet service for our car was efficient and not too expensive, looking at 24hr parking rates in Bristol.
I would happily stay here again if going to Bristol.More
