The staff were very friendly and found us a table even though they were busy. The choice for the build your own burger is amazing, everything from beef to kangaroo. Lots of toppings and sides to choose from too. The portions were very generous and I must say I was disappointed that i couldn't finish it all. Well worth the price paid and would visit again.

veggie burger was ok, nothing to write home about and the truffle mayo just tastes average - huge portion of chips, I'll give them that

staff were inflexible and rude at points regarding sitting outside, don't exactly see how sitting outside in the rain with our takeout order is a problem hun, providing we take our rubbish with us - hey ho, we would have ordered drinks and tipped too if you'd have given us a chance, your loss xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoo xxxxxxxx

Burger was so overcooked it was falling apart, onions a massive gooey slop drowning the burger, chorizo tasteless. Fries were hard.

The worst part was the garlic bread with cheese, it was a burnt burger bun with a thin slice of cheese on each half that hadn't been melted..

Very disappointing food. Environment OK. Service was limited but friendly.

Ok. So, let’s start by being honest. We were going to go to another burger place that had just opened in W-s-M, but they couldn’t be bothered to talk to my girlfriend about her potentially fatal food allergy.
Their loss, our gain!!
The Burger Joint couldn’t do any more to accommodate us...they were friendly, attentive, asked questions about what they could do to make sure she didn’t end up in an ambulance...in fact we felt like they cared.
Then the meal...the starter of Chilli Chips was a gargantuan collection of chilli con carne and cheesy chips. Three of us enjoyed that and were all politely content. The mains arrived, consisting of a ‘build your own’ burger from the type of bun to all manner of meat options and what sauces and sides too. The meals were exceptional and the Von Trapp family would have been stuffed with just one between them.
Dessert was a subtle alternative, a perfect antidote to the excess that preceded.
All in all a wonderful experience and one that we’re all keen to repeat...just after we’ve all given birth to our food babies (I think I have triplets!)

We visited on Friday night having booked in advance that evening, and were seated straight away despite the fact that there was no reserved sign on the table. The choice is unbelievable and if you're overwhelmed by that then you can choose one of their suggestions yourself. All in all the food was excellent - well cooked meat, huge portion of chips and delicious toppings for a reasonable price. The only thing we did find slightly offputting was hearing presumably the owner talking to his staff saying things like 'that's what makes us more money' and the like - understandable but not ideal for guests to hear while they're deciding what to have! Thanks for a lovely evening.
