Thank you for your amazing 5 star review!

I am delighted you enjoyed your stay with us, in particular the warmth and friendliness of our team and the breakfast. Such a great start to the day, panoramic harbourside views and fantastic locally sourced breakfast.

Hopefully we can tempt you back for another visit and to also try our evening a la carte menu.

Stayed here again on my way to Bath and I think this hotel just keeps getting better and better. Had dinner last night in the restaurant - they sure know how to make a great martini and the food a great improvement on last time. The rooms as normal were beautifully clean and the decor just right. Thank you .

Dear beccy18,

It was such a pleasure to have you back with us at The Bristol Hotel.

I am delighted you had the opportunity to spend your evening in our fabulous River Grille during your stay. It is such a nice way to spend an evening by the harbourside with our new seasonal, locally sourced a la carte menu. Panoramic views, sumptuous food, great cocktails and service is a phenominal way to see in any evening.

Thank you for your comments; the team and I are looking forward to welcoming you back soon.

This is fast becoming my favourite hotel in Bristol. The hotel is beautifull and the location is second to none, with everything walking distance away. I find the staff very helpful and nothing is a problem for them. It has free parking (which is such a bonus in Bristol) and free Wifi and is always well priced. Breakfast, with a piano playing in the backgrounds, just made the outside world disappear. The rooms are a good size and tastefully decorated. What would make it 5 star for me, was if it had in-room tea & coffee making facilities and a pool/spa.

Dear Mabel S,

Thank you for your fantastic review.

Such a compliment – I am delighted we are ‘fast becoming your favourite hotel in Bristol. ‘

I am glad to read you were able to absorb yourself into the relaxing surroundings of the hotel, there is no better way to loose the day than to unwind in our sumptuous River Lounge and listen to live piano; complimented with great service.

We do have tea & coffee making facilities in each room; in most rooms within the cupboard. Next time if we can tempt you into one of deluxe rooms or suite; you will also have the added bonus of a nespresso coffee maker in your room amongst many added extra’s.

I do hope we have the pleasure of welcoming you back.

Sincerely,
Gareth Byrne

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this excellent harbour side hotel. The staff were professional , our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast fantastic. Free Car parking was provided via the Adjacent NCP which had direct access to the hotel.

From checking in to checking out our stay in the Bristol Hotel was excellent. Our room was upgraded with a fantastic view over the Quay, we were warned that it may be a little noisy but I was not disturbed at all.
Car park was also free of charge, huge saving!
Would not hesitate in recommending this Hotel and will definitely return when we are next in the area.

A very friendly, welcoming, pleasant and comfortable hotel. Situated in an excellent location close to the old harbour, quay, activities and amenities. I would certainly recommend this hotel and revist again in the future.
