Spent two nights at this hotel for a conference recently. My room (Queen bed) was spacious and very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and even remembered my name on the second day. Breakfast was a good standard, the lunches were good for a conference with friendly staff. The only issues are with Bristol itself which has terrible traffic problems, unless you know the place you will almost certainly get lost.
