We had brilliant day out and such a treat to visit such a historic ship in the very dock she was built in. Walking underneath the ship was just incredible and the museum and Brunel experience are so brilliantly done. The whole day was interactive and fascinating. The ship itself encapsulates all the sights sounds AND smells and it was refreshing that we could walk around and into all the exhibits without barriers and people barking at you not to touch anything. We easily and happily lost three hours there.
The ticket price was £16.50, which may seem steep, but then if you think you are paying to help preserve this ship and it is run by a charity, plus you can return as many times as you want over 12 months, it suddenly seems very reasonable and worth every penny. Will be back!More
