Spent 1 night here and was very impressed. Polite staff, easy check in and immaculate room. It was just what I had needed, it really exceeded my expectations for £29 and would definitely consider booking again. Spent 4 nights at Bristol Novotel, supposedly 4 star and to be truthful I was more bowled over by the standard of this a Premier Inn!

Car park was being renovated so had to park at more expensive NCP. Would not have been a problem but would have preferred staff to have some idea when space would be available. When I checked in I walked via the rear and noticed that there was actually a space available. Staff seemed non-plussed and although I mentioned it at reception, they really were not interested. Location is OK but the external side of the building was not welcoming. Walking to reception from town there is no clear signage for reception so initially I missed it. However walking from the other direction there was a huge sign that was not visable to me earlier. Braekfast was good although there was a wait for the eggs but at least they were fresh (unlike the hash browns) and there were no glasses for the juice. I would say that staff need to be a little more caring and attentive. WIFI was reasonable but is still charged for after the initial 30 minutes unlike other like-priced hotel chains. The bed was comfortable and the view on the 14th floor was great. However I will probably not stay at this hotel again.

All staff were really helpful giving advice of local area including restaurant advice. We were visiting children's hospital and location ideal and staff helped arranged parking and transport for grandsons visit.
Rooms were clean and the price was ideal. Would definitely return and ideal for shops in Cabot circus.

Welcoming reception team but Worst night stay for a premier in and we have stayed in a few.

Came back with our children from a wedding reception fairly early at 10pm kids sleep but 1am in the morning we could hear shouting and then our door nearly kicked through by a group of young girls and boys fighting in the corridor, so we rang reception to make them aware and said they would send someone up it took an hour before they sent someone to stop this and kick them out after other family rooms calling down.

Disappointed as in the morning no apology for the inconvenience or lack of sleep caused.

I future ID your guest to make sure they are not under age and also keep groups of youngsters on aw separate floor to family's with young children

Another stay in another Premier Inn and this was as good as the rest, such a good brand and business, excellent value for money and the staff must always be picked for their personalities as everyone you come across is always so helpful and polite, this place was no different, consistently good in every one you stay in.
Very close to the Centre of Bristol, everything is within walking distance or within a few £ taxi ride.
The room and bedding was spotless as usual, no problems whatsoever.
We paid £90 each for 3 twin rooms and 3 friends had a triple in a hotel down the road but all the twin rooms had been set up with a double and 2 singles so had it allowed us too we could have just had 3 rooms here and save £100 between us, at the end of the day it is only a place we use to crash for the night.
Parking is a bit tight, it said FULL on arrival so temporarily parked in the small car park for the bus station (was informed by someone not to leave the car in there overnight as it gets a few unsavoury characters carrying out anti-social activities during the night), luckily noticed a couple of spaces in the hotel car park from our window, informed reception and they opened the gate for me, you pay reception in the morning and it costs £8 a night which I suppose is not bad for Overnight city centre parking.
On check in I did notice that most of the other guests were large groups of girls or lads, possibly on stag and hen do's, not a problem for us as we were a group of lads, it may be something to think about if I was planning on taking my family for a night away, but at the same time as saying that we did not notice any excessive noise at any time and did not encounter anyone messing around in the corridors, but it is quite a big hotel with 18 floors so they probably keep the family rooms separate.
On thing to note: It was one of our customers that installed the 3 lifts in this hotel and we actually installed all the stainless entrance architraves, working in the office I don't get to see our handy work that often !

This was such a friendly and accommodating hotel and very good value for money. The reason for choosing this one was for its proximity to the Nation Express bus station the shops and for our evening jaunt, the Bristol Palladium. I had an excellent night sleep in a comfortable and clean room which was followed by the most brilliant hash browns for breakfast.

Room Tip: It is very high - up to 17 floors so if, like me you are a bit scared of heights ask for one below 6...
