“The usual Premier Inn experience”

This Hotel was easy to find, just make sure that you don't drive past the car park entrance like we did! If the sign on the car park says "FULL"..ignore it...there were 10 spaces, so it's worth a look in there. £8 to park for 24 hours, cheaper than the other car parks around there. My only complaint was that I had to stand and wait 25 minutes to speak to the only staff member, at 10pm, when I only wanted some milk! The room was clean and comfortable. Also the hotel is perfect for shoppers visiting Bristol, it's across the road from Debenhams! We used the Beefeater at the Hotel, but we were not impressed by the food.

Room Tip: Good views from the 17th floor...Debenhams included!

Nice location and nice rooms.
Some were a little tired and could do with rejuvenation.
I disliked having to pay for WIFI (I didn't do this) and having to pay for their car park or having to use the nearest car park if theirs was full. Luckily we got a space and £8 later it was ours for the night.
However, at 6pmish we left the hotel via the carpark (had left the tickets in the car!) and found we couldn't get out as they'd locked up the whole carpark and all the doors. It was a bit strange!
Decent nights sleep though.
Apart from the above stinginess, it's what you expect from a Premier Inn.

First time in this hotel. Right in the middle of the city with on site parking if you get there early. Limited space and a charge of £8:00 for 24 hours. Checking was quick and room good, up to the premier Inn standard. Coffee and tea in the room and the bed clean. Only two coffees though which I think is a bit tight especially if you are working for the room.
Food good and hot as usual and the hotel nice and clean throughout.
Watch the parking as it's of the big roundabout to the right of the front. No signs??
Would use again.

We stayed for a single night and had no problems at all. The room was clean, larger than I had expected from other reviews and the hotel itself is right in the city centre. We were able to get an early check in and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The bed was as comfortable as promised and unlike other reviewers, we had plenty of towels. We also had no problems with the air conditioning.

I had noticed that other reviewers had complained about the underpass which takes you to Cabot Circus, but it was always filled with people and we felt very safe, even late at night. As I said, the location is ideal; literally beside the bus station. It took us around five minutes to walk to Cabot from the hotel reception and there are plenty of bus stops and taxis along the way.

We paid £65 and I think it was very good value for money given the location.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Haymarket) for four nights and had a wonderful time. Our room on the 10th floor (there are 17 floors / around 220 rooms in total) was spacious, light and clean. The bed was very comfortable. TV was good, but not in the best position, left of the bed, on the desk, and could not be moved. The bathroom was also big enough, but a bit dark.
The building doesn't look that great on the outside, but it's the inside that counts.
The location is great, very much near the major shopping area. Debenhams and Primark are right across the street. Lots of busses stop here, and it's a 2 minute walk from the bus and coach station, where the airport flyer stops. We loved the Costa coffee machine near the lifts!
Staff were great, very friendly and efficient. We've already booked our next stay here!

Stayed in many Premier Inns around England and Wales great for short breaks. The only gripe i would have about the Haymarket is that the few times we have stayed there breakfast is very slow process there is usually something not out, plates trays and food we have had to ask for on every visit and we have been to the Haymarket on a few occations. Would recommend having breakfast out plenty of places to eat and cheaper.

We have just had a one night stay as we were in Bristol for a football match , great location in the city centre close to all the sites and places of interest. The hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly and the Beefeater restaurant was great value for money. This is the first time we have used a Premier Inn but after this stay we shall certainly use them in the future everything in the TV advert Lenny Henry says is right on the nail big very clean rooms and comfy beds .

Room Tip: Higher rooms no street noise
