Me and my family of 4 stayed at the Novotel on the the 28th June and my first thoughts were very clean and posh. The facilities were very good so if I fancied a drink I could get one without any trouble. The tv was very nice and had good picture lots of channels that we liked. The beds were alright not the comfiest but I still managed to have a very good sleep after a long night out!!!!
In our room it was two sofa beds and one double bed. The bathroom was a lovely little cosy room with a powerful shower and a bath if you wanted. The staff are very nice and caring for anything you need. The food...AMAZING!!!!!! Me and my family only had breakfast there but it was one of the best. A nice option to choose from and just lovely food they really do try there best to keep you happy. Unfortunately there was no pool but did not matter like that. Other than that it really was a blast so I recommend to any family or couple who need a time away with or without there children to come to the Novotel in bristol.

I stayed at The Novotel as a family of four with 2 children for one night,it was a very nice stay the staff were very polite and would get us anything we needed.
It was a very nice room that we got,it had double bed and a sofa bed (perfect for the two little ones). It had a very nice bathroom with a shower/bath.
In the night it was a lovely sleep no noise out side what so ever also we had a longer sleep because the cretins blocked out the light from outside.
In this hotel the facilities were good, such as the gym, sauna and in the room the coffee and tea bar.The only down side was that there was no swimming pool but still a great stay.

In the morning the food was amazing it kept us going all day cause of course in a top notch hotel you will get a all you can eat buffet which was brilliant it stood up to standers.
Over all it was an amazing experience,I would bring my family here again !!!!!

We enjoyed our one nights stay. Thought the reception staff were friendly and approachable. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Choice of pillows. Only downside was the shower. Although clean, it was cold. Waited for ten minutes running but didn't warm up. Other than that it was a good comfortable over night stop off for us.

Our family of 4 stayed here for one night on our way to London. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room, even with the double pull out sofa for the kids was roomy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which kept us going all day. The 12pm checkout meant it was easy to pack up and catch our afternoon train

Great hotel for a weekend break - good parking, easy to walk to harbour/city centre; good sized room with easy to control air conditioning. Restaurant food very high standard and reasonable too. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
