Description: We are an independent espresso bar in the heart of Bristol offering fantastic coffee, whole leaf tea, handmade cakes and cold drinks. In the mornings we also have fresh pastries from Hart's Bakery and for lunch we have a small range of sourdough toasties. Everything is available to enjoy in or to take away.We specialise in coffee, and at any one time have a house and guest espresso, decaf, and also single origin beans for filter coffee. All our coffees are also available ground or whole bean for you to enjoy at home.

This is quite simply the best place to have coffee around. Forget all of those ubiquitous and insipid chain coffee shops, you have to try this place and you will never go back. The frequently changing guest coffees are terrific and the house coffee is blooming marvellous. The staff are expertly knowledgable and helpful to a T (no pun intended).
The premise is very small with limited seating but on a sunny day, and especially a Sunday (when the road is closed off) they have seating outside. The cakes are delish and the sandwiches are glorious.

This is undoubtedly my favourite coffee spot in Bristol, and thats not an easy title to earn. The teams love of Coffee certainly permeates through into the drink. With the menu changing regularly anyone who's a bit more adventurous will certainly enjoy trying the various brewing methods and blends. Ignore the chains and head straight to Small Street.

Worth a trip into the centre if you're staying anywhere in Bristol.

Great espresso bar in the heart of Brizz. Small but perfectly formed , why would you go to any of the chains nearby with this ?

I stumbled upon this delightful cafe during the BIG market at Bristol's BIG Green Week. The street was closed for market stalls and a music stage so there was a good buzz in the area. Plenty of food on offer but I was fortunate to choose this cafe for a snack stop. Had a great cup of coffee with a toasted coconut infused halloumi sandwich (with thai flavoured sauce. Treated myself to a richly sweet chocolate and orange brownie. If you are stopping in then seating is simple and not the most comfortable - found the tables just a little too low. Service was excellent and attentive. Will definitely be returning during my forays into the city centre.
