Menu is basic but good quality good stick to the rids grub just the ticket for hungry racers on a cold day and after all its a race track not the Ritz.
Friendly service loads a good food breakfast was nearly as good as the track day
Driving the circuit for the first time in my XK8R was a brilliant experience and one I would recommend if the opportunity is ever offered, you find out very quickly just how good you really are and the gap between what you think you can do and what you actually do is wide.
Being part of a private track day is an experience as the cars were everything from race pre 924/8 and 944s plus then just about every kind of sports and sports saloon you could think of was present.
The circuit is very technical and make a mistake and you blow the lap very quickly but the other participant's are very patient and as long as you observe the rules then all is great fun
The event was well marshalled and very tightly organised which was a credit to the track and the marshals involved we all had a safe and trouble free event.. Special thanks to them.
Take a chair and a picnic as there are great spectator positions close to the track and the facilities even if you do not race watching the cars is great fun
