“Clean, tidy and friendly staff - shame about external noise”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 March 2014

Had a 2 night break staying with friends for 2 nights (Thurs and Friday). The rooms are spacious clean and tidy, greeted with friendly helpful staff. Premier Inn is an ideal base for touring the docks of Bristol, great for the M Shed and SS Great Britain.

We had a noisy night with students returning from a night out - perhaps extra internal glazing might suppress the noise a little.

We also experienced noisy neighbours in the same corridor returning at 3am and 5am, now give Premier Inn their due we were greeted with one night refunded when we checked out - due to their good night sleep guarantee.

Overall -- great location, good staff, big/clean rooms - just the idiots outside to put u with.

At first we went to the wrong Premier Inn in Bristol (yeah, there's 2 of them), in an interesting área we rediscovered the last day, and were really happy when we saw this second one. In a lovely area, very quiet place, beautiful bedrooms and the best hotel beds ever! Would definitely recommend it to couples and friends, just next to the hotel there are two old and great pubs with amazing music sessions.

We only stayed the one night as we were going to a show at the Hippodrome but we found the Premier Inn very good. Staff were very helpful and informative and the room and the bathroom were lovely. The only down side to our stay was the Brewers Fayre pub attached to the Premier Inn. The food and service was very good there but the place itself could do with a bit of an update especially the toilets where there were crumbling walls and mould and one had a very wet floor. Would definitely stay in a Premier Inn again.

Stayed in room 322 Fri & Sat night, weekend away in the city for my boyfriends birthday. The parking didn't bother us as we came by coach. Room 322 is on the top floor, with a fab river view. Even a view of one of my favourite places, the Apple cider boat! Rooms usual premier inn, clean and fresh. Plenty of tea & coffee if needed in reception. We never ate next door, as there are so many different places to eat, so can't comment on the food. Staff at the Inn even left a birthday card in the room, which was very nice. Thankyou :0) We will definitely be back :0)

Stayed here for one-night during half-term with my 11-year old son. Lovely location, great for SS Great Britain, M-Shed & not too far from Cabot's circus. Staff were friendly & helpful. Stayed on a Sunday night so no outside disturbances. Only downside was the expensive parking. However, would stay again (maybe take the train next time!)
